Windows "Mouse Keys" function affects filePro screen graphics drawing on all platforms (Windows, Unix/Linux)

This does not seem possible...particularly the part about being
translated through any terminal emulator.

I use MouseKeys extensively, have done for 20 years, and have never once
had an issue, even in filePro.

Of course, MouseKeys on -my- system is tuned so that it's only enabled
when NumLock is -off-, specifically so that I can still use my numpad
for numeric entry.

Still, I see no way that it should translate through a terminal
emulator, even if it were on.
