Respect

Mark,

I did not choose to be offended nor to offend you.

I merely offered some advice that you sorely need to take advantage of.

And you offered me some advice also. And, just like you, I probably won't
use it either. 

You are very sharp but the way you approach things will keep you from
ever being as successful as you could be. And that is a shame.

You are quite possibly right about some of your assumptions but, at least
so far, those assumptions have worked. I am open to suggestions, but, like 
most other human beings, just not from a JackAss.

I really don't give a damned whether you respect me or not, it's not
relevant. Respect needs to be earned and we've done nothing to earn
each others respect. But your lack of respect for other people is costing
you more than you can ever imagine.

I'm just an old man now but I've done more different things during my
lifetime than you will ever get the chance to do. And I learned a great
deal from those experiences.

And once I was just like you, young, arrogant and proud, so I know what it can cost.
But it took a long time to learn that there was more to life than always
being right. 

Sometimes a little humility can go a long way.

Please take this in the manner it was intended and not as an insult.
