how about Debian to replace Centos for filepro ?

In my opinion:

Native Debian? No - not good for commercial stuff. Our BackupEDGE product can't support it because of what's missing.
Ubuntu? A system based on Debian that is much better for commercial stuff.
I can see Ubuntu Server 20.04.1 LTS being a reasonable choice.
