index rebuilds

Richard,

I have a real problem with the -ra flag for index rebuilds.  This is a
disaster waiting to happen if used as the only way to rebuild indexes.

If an index is accidentally erased or changed, this flag has no clue and
will not fix those issues.

Erased is easy if some fool hits break during an index build. Poof the
index is gone.

We had good luck with these variables on Windows Server filepro version 5.0
REM 10 to 200
set PFNUMIXBUF=200
rem option 1 or 2
set PFBIXBUILD=1
rem option 1-31
set PFBIXNODESIZE=24
rem options 10-204800
set PFNUMIXBUILD=4096
