FYI,

You can now embed https://www.helpsuites.com within any/all of your web 
based applications thus effectively deploying a help desk system in 
any/all of your applications without taking your user base outside of 
your environment.

Hit me up for sample JSON objects, HTML, jQuery or vanilla JS needed to 
do so.  All you need is the JSON objects which will (a) log user in 
without any dialog and, (b) if first time use, create all relevant 
profile information.

The HTML/JS is really a matter of personal preference since this will 
likely need to follow your UI/UX but it is not difficult at all.
