HP LaserJet print issue

I have a client who is using an HP LaserJet P2015 printer.  Filepro print to the printer but the output is much lighter than when he prints to this printer using a  windows program.

Even when I add %9 to his initialization string the output is still printing light.  I am at a loss as to how to correct this issue.

The printer is connected thru USB and is using the universal Print driver which supports PCL5e.

Any suggestion on how to correct this issue will be greatly appreciated.
