Filepro on Centos 8

A very quick and dirty test is to copy the `id` binary to the same
directory as the filePro binaries as `fid`, chown filepro fid`,
`chmod 4711 fid`, and see what `fid` says.
If it doesn't pick up the SUID bit, then it's a system issue. If it
does pick up the SUID bit, then it's a filePro issue.
Smart money says it's catching the SUID bit just fine, and it's
something to do with filePro. That said, the test is begged before one
goes bin diving for the cause of the problem.
