5.0.14 - freechain?

I have run into this issue at least once a month at a client site. The issue is with their order header file which has no deleted records. The issue occurs when orders are being entered and saved. The quickest was to rebuild the free chain is on the server. All of the order clerks exit down to a menu or log off the system. It just takes too long to rebuild the free chain across the network.

I have to check the code again to see why this may be occurring. The error occurs in the same clerks computer each time. That seems to indicate an issue in her machine. It will be swapped out for a new machine shortly. Once that is done, I will log in and rebuild the free chain.
