My guess is some emails come to her as plain text, others as html, etc.

So depending on which one she is copying from she gets different results in
fp.

You can also use Anzio's MONITOR mode (Click Diagnose, Monitor to toggle
on/off).
Turn it on before the customer does their paste and it'll reveal what's
being pasted (including any filepro screen-draw characters, too).
