CentOS 8

It's not built correctly by RH. Actually, if memory serves, it's largely
centered around 32-bit filePro binaries. The stock CentOS version of
the compat-libtermcap package was essentially useless, because RH didn't
bother compiling against i686. I had to rewrite the SRPM and rebuild
it from mine, then install the resultant i686 RPM.

It -may- be fine if you have compat-libtermcap for x86_64 on C7.

However, my CentOS 8 box's yum just told me there are -zero- packages
which even mention termcap, other than perl-Term-Cap.noarch (which will
be wholly irrelevant to filePro).

So basically, you'd need to grab the C7 SRPM for compat-libtermcap,
modify it to support building for an i686 target, and build it on C8.
All told, the C7 rpm probably works out-of-the-box on C8 (untested
theory, but I see no reason why it shouldn't). However, it doesn't
exist in any meaningful way for i686.
