Yeah, no...that's not proof.  That is an -insane- level of incompetent
thinking from people in the business they're in.

In an age of 'deep fakes', even a selfie in front of the address in
question isn't proof, for crying out loud.  A decent attorney would
shred their reliance on EXIF.  You need more corroboration than that.
Better than nothing more than one's word, but -barely-.
