Ken and I have known Jim Asman for 30+ years. Worked with him many times
over the phone and email. Met him once at a filePro thing. We are deeply
saddened to hear of his passing. He was the "go to" guy for printer
problems in filePro land. Extremely knowledgeable, helpful to a fault and
not a speck of arrogance. I have never heard anyone say anything less than
complementary about him. The world is poorer with his absence.
