FPML spacing justifications

Can see various CPI, line spacing and fonts in the fpml table

Can the spacing justifications be set in the fpml table to produce justified
characters in a pdf output?

If so what is the print code equivalent to

^[&k8.0H:HP-spacing justification, 8 pt
