report not printing

We have an automated (cron job) report that runs M-F at 5:15pm

Unfortunately there can be users in the file this report generates from and
thus the report can't finish - when this happens, sometimes the report
doesn't print at all once the record becomes unlocked
I can see that the job finished it just doesn't print (sometimes)

Is there a filepro or printer setting than can be adjusted to make sure the
report prints once the record is unlocked
This hasn't ever really been an issue until recently for some reason -
nothing in the actual report/job has changed at all
