Richard,
The trick is to change the page size to 66 lines.
A laser printer prints on an image area.
The page minus a 1/4" margin top and bottom.
This leaves a net 60 lines per page.
Add $1b &l7.27C to the print code table, code number 3
i.e.
$1b & l 0 O $1b ( 10 U ^O $1b &l7.27C
This will allow 66 lines to fit inside the page space.
