FW: filepro error - delete records use Archive to delete records

We are use 5.0.

 

This error only comes up when we are doing a lookup to a comment file to
view that was created Friday evening by importing a file that was provided
by a bank client. This morning when we attempted to use a lookup command to
view records in those file the following error is viewed at the bottom of
the screen: delete records use Archive to delete records.

 

In addition, when we attempt to create a new file in the file we are doing
the lookup and press <esc> <esc> to record, the same message appears at the
bottom of the screen and will not allow the posting of the file.

 

Lastly, all other files work as they are supposed to except for the new
files that were imported Friday as well as our attempt to add new records.
