Having seen some of the responses, this thought occurs to me: Maybe what 
has changed is the Windows printer driver(s). I have noticed with Print 
Wizard (not necessarily with filePro) that several HP PCL-6 printer 
drivers do not allow the kind of low level printing that filePro uses. 
Possible workarounds:

1) When installing (or changing) a Windows printer driver, and no PCL-5 
drivers from HP appear, you can click the nearby "Windows Update" button 
and wait 10 minutes, and then some PCL-5 drivers will appear. Choose one.

2) Try "Generic" as a printer driver.
