I spoke with Oracle support, and they swear it will be supported through
2029 for Oracle Linux 8, even on the free version.
Of course, CentOS swore the same thing, and look what -they- did. :b~~~
Leaf won't be any better than CentOS Stream. You would have to pay me
to touch Ubuntu, I lothe it so much; few vendors know how to violate
FSSTND as readily as Ubuntu, and I don't want politics attached to my
distro.
Really hoping for Rocky. At least the founder has a proven track record,
and they've committed to not selling out.
