How do you produce your HTML/PDF documents

HTML and CSS, native open/writeline/close.  As complex as necessary.
Actually, OneGate has merge functionality now, so I only need to write
out a merge file.

PDFs, PrintWizard, and not very complex.

I don't do printing myself.  It's a client thing.
