OT: Help getting PDF to OCR or searchable form

I use PDFILL Editor. It costs $20 for the Pro version which will export
as text.
http://www.pdfill.com/
It comes with a bunch of 'free' tools that I use a lot.
It has to be a pdf file where the text is real text and not an image of
text.
