Retrieving information from lookup file

Stanley,

I believe the fuzzy should be reliable, but may present the user with
more matches than you wish them to see.  I can't remember if I've tried
this, but you may be able to use a fuzzy browse that also incorporates
"drop" processing (specified within the browse lookup command) to drop
records from showing in the browse that don't match the desired pattern
exactly. I think this method would not be any slower than using
processing to parse each record to determine if the desired pattern is
present - it would likely be faster.  I think it's worth exploring.

Would it return records containing a string reliably, as I have never expected it to do that at all. In the meantime, I will look at it again. Speed is going to be very important for this use case. Image a clerk entering a 20 line item invoice where they would be doing a search in each line item… I feel a lot of user pain… What has been your experience?
