A very long time ago, (12 years to be exact), I wrote a complete SOAP/XML
client/server service that supported the QBWC API.

It involved a SSL based server SOAP service, MySQL, PHP, and Fairlite's
OneGate to filePro.  
It was bi-directional, and very robust......
