OT: Happy Pi Day

If I'm reading a good history source, it seems that the Julian calendar
would have already been in effect when the famous 'Ides of March' death
of Caesar occurred. If the determination of the ides of a given month
had been more a mathematical average in Caesar's time, it seems your
warning might have been too late, Henry - depending his murders'
intention to kill him on the ides. That is, the ides day would probably
be more often on the 14th than the 13th or 15th (for March's case) I
think. (The Julian calendar had seven months with 29 days; but note
that they wound up using the 13th for the ides for 1/3 of the
months.) Holy Toledo I guess I'd better thank the makers of Sudafed
(the real stuff) and Na Pali Coast dark roast for this gross overthought.
