Print to PCL6

[Fairlight]

It's a PCL6 printer, not PCL5.  I have never heard of anyone making
filePro work natively with pure PCL6.

The only way I see this working out is with a recent version of filePro
with the PCL support, and then printing the PDF rather than raw output.
