I just booked by room and the Holiday Inn.

Be aware that the room rate is $109.00 as stated.  The gotcha is are the taxes and additional fees(Resort Fee).  A 3 night stay will come to $442.73.  If you rent a car and want to self-park or want to use their facilities there is an additional 24.95 /day charge.  The tax rate on rooms is a total of 12.5% or State tax of 6.5% and Local tac of 6%.

Suggest that one click on the option to see the details as this will show all of the charges that are included.  Holiday inn will charge the tax rate in effect at the time of the stray not the rate as quoted when the reservation is made.  Also, their additional charges and fees can change prior to check-in, which could cause a difference in what you expense are.

This is not a filePro issue but one many hotels and hotel chains are adopting to increase the revenue.  This is the same "game" the airlines use.  You will be billed for the resort fee even if you do not use any of the facilities included.  This fee does include your internet access and their scheduled shuttle service.  Not sure if the cost is less then an Uber or Cab to and from the airport.

If you are a member of an IHG membership rewards program, you will not be able to link your car to your reservation as this is a group reservatrion.,  I was advised to give the check-in clerk my account # when I check in.
