Well, he is right.

I can drive to Tampa and back each day, but that is only me and a couple
others.  Even driving back and forth it would cost me $200 to $350 for
three days of travel and other expenses.

Those that have to flight and pay $109 per night, lunch and dinner (plus
a couple of drinks while sharing ideas with others) are looking at about
$1K before it is all over - Some material for preview; a teaser would
help make a decision.

If they simply found a clever way to integrate fpWeb, I guarantee you it
will suck!

If they simply have means to push HTML pages without means to use AJAX
to run server side scripts, it is worthless.

If they still have those HTML commands in the server side, you might as
well cut your veins.  ;-)

If it is limited to filePro proprietary key/data files, it is a half way
(or less) solution.

Hell, if it is a revolutionary new version of some open source binary
like PHP, Perl, Python, Ruby ... that they revamped and made it their
own - or simply wrote slick classes/methods one can use to deploy
filePro (legacy) to web; just tell us - I have a full blown application
written in filePro I would love to see running off a browser.

All that BS being said, BS because I know I am spewing comments without
having a clue as to what they are about to unveil; but that goes
directly to the point, a teaser would help without having to spend $500
to $1500 bucks to find out.

Oh, how is the licensing gonna work?  Per seat?  lol - this could hurt.
