FP for Windows

I've used a small program called Sendmail.  I have the executable, and 
as Mark said as long as you have a cooperating SMTP server it works 
great.  I use it for sending attachments, specifying the sender, etc.  
You can use it to authenticate to the SMTP server as well.  I've 
attached a pdf of it's features.
