PFCMARK ?? - What is a good setting for 2019 ??

I was under the impression this setting determines where the century mark occurs. For instance a setting of 60 would have a century date range of 1960-2059. This would matter for date fields that only have a 2 digit year. I have ours set to 60 since data in our system begins in the 1980s and our current orders only go to out a few years. I won’t have to change it for a very long time.
