I know this is not the correct answer, but the first thing that ran down my spine is that you are using what probably is a reserved word, fplm - filePro License Manager.

Even if it is allowed I would use anything other than what possibly could be used as an internal variable/keyword.

Subject: FilePro PDF issue

FilePro 5.8.03 Windows

For my client CCP I have a pdf report program that can create pdf reports for 1 or all doctors. The initial program starts in a file called mem_reports_doc which contains the member doctors. The program will then system out to run the output weekly_cancel_pdf in the file l_patient_market.

There are two (2) printers defined fplm which uses the fplm3_CCP print table, also there is a printer named PDF which uses fplm3_ccp also.

Pmaint sees these printers, they are in the config file as printers 8 & 9.

The printer set in the output is PDF.

The problem is that when I test the output for a doctor with the code 1005, the pdf is created properly. When I run the same output for doctor 2300, the message appears can't find printer named fplm, Reverting to default printer.

I can't find any reference to the printer name fplm anywhere in the output and there is a printer with the name fplm.

I added printer name "PDF" at the at the start of the processing and set Printer Name "PDF" to the menu script with no luck. I still get the same message.

Any suggestion as to what I should be looking for?
