Can't send email to list?

If you're having problems sending to the Filepro list, it may be
that your mail server appears on various DNSRBLs or perhaps that
it's doing something that violates SMTP protocol standards (e.g.
sending HELO/EHLO before getting a greeting from our mail server
is probably most common).

This can be a bit tricky to debug as the IP address of the sender
can be buried deep in Received: headers, and usually isn't the
same as the public IP address you get when browsing from your
desktop machine.

Some suggestions:

+ Send mail for the list to <filepro-list at lists.celestial.com> NOT
<filepro-list at celestial.com> as that will send directly to the server
hosting the list while filepro-list at celestial.com goes first to our
main mail server where it's forwarded to the list machine. The logs
are MUCH smaller on the list server than our generic server.

+ Go to our site at http://www.celestial.com/showinfo_form which will
display the public IP of your desktop machine. If your desktop mail
client is trying to send directly to our server rather than through
your ISP's server, I would need the IP address displayed above to
track down the problem. You can send that IP through the Contact Us
     link, http://www2.celestial.com/contact-us
