ADV: A reminder about that offer...and an update. ;)

It -was- buried in a thread regarding the filePro conference, so we'll
top-level this.

Recap:  At the time the conference was announced, I ran some calculations.
I figured out the minimum cost paid by all attendees if the conference sold
out to capacity.  I then offered to make my entire product line (OneGate,
OneBridge, RawQuery, etc. Ä all of my currently existing canned software
products) open-source and freely usable, in perpetuity, for the same cost:
$75k, if it was paid for by the same registration deadline.  This includes
the ability to do custom forks, etc.  It also doesn't matter if it's one or
multiple parties paying.  The entire community (indeed, anyone) would get
to use any of the software, incurring no further license fees thereafter.

The premise is that this is a tangible benefit obtained by (and/or for) the
community for the same cost as -a look- at the new fP Tech product, before
a single cent of license fees has been accounted for, assuming everyone
participated.

Update:

So today I'll have a little fun extending the concept.  

I'll knock 40% off of that cost.  

Now, $45k paid by 00:00:00 EDT on 9/27/2019 will achieve the same thing.

(And no, I don't see dropping it further.  There's a certain floor I'd like
to realise after taxes come off.)
