Odd looking Menu

Hello All
It has been a long while since I have posted to the list..Few years I think
I am not a computer guy but a small business owner who wrote all my FP programs years ago, in the 80's.
My office runs using FP and I have one program running at one of my clients.
It is a Police Detail program.
Recently they upgraded the computer the program runs from to Windows 10. 

Since the change I have gotten a crazy menu on the scree. 

I have attached a photo.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
