intermittent issue printing

This is the first time I've written, though I've followed for years.

I'm using FilePro 5.0.08 - I know very, very old.  We are a small school and keeping cost low as possible.
It is FilePro plus - Native -Plus Development with 16 user.  It's installed on a Windows 7 Server., currently have 3 workstations.

We recently had to upgrade our computer to Windows 10 - with 8G of RAM.
Had some initial issue getting FilePro to open the Printers.  Seem to have that resolved.
We do occasionally get the following error message:  The instruction at 0044f4cc referenced memory at 00000010 memory could not be read from

Can anybody assist in resolving this issue.
