Filepro GI Windows server

I do not work on many Windows Filepro systems, so I need some help with 
this special situation.

My client's hard drive motor went out.  Had the drive sent to a vendor 
that repaired the drive and
a different guy reconstructed the system on a new solid state drive.  
All the Filepro stuff is there, but the
client is accessing the login screen he is getting,  "Warning- - Be sure 
to Disconnect from the Server before Exiting".

When he clicks "Return to program",  nothing. It just hangs.

What are the issues that could need attention in this situation?

I am not familiar with Filepro GI.

Any help is appreciated.
