Thanks George. I'm starting to think something changed (either with an MS update or in the operating system itself) in recent years. There's a note on the FP website that says windows XP doesn't work beyond 5.8.00.xx (I forget the version), so I'm thinking that applies to Win 2003 as well. Once l get a response from fptech I'll share the answer with the list.
