Nested Calls

I respectfully disagree.
I use calls all the time to run header-detail update, adds, deletes, 
print, export with full screen interaction and control.
I can display a screen, popup  a screen, popup update a screen.

Variables do not conflict with those on the regular input table either.
I can have ha(10,.0) in the regular input table and then call a table 
that has ha(8,mdy/).

Your point about 5.0 is true, you can only use call once and it must end 
before another can be called.
But, since you are returned to the line where the first call was made, 
you can create a link to another call and loop back in to the previous call.
