Nested Calls

Yes, ambiguities can exist. If the user right-clicks and selects "Start
URL", Anzio will do a best guess as to the extent of the URL, and invoke
that.
If that doesn't work, the user can highlight the exact URL first.
On the host side, the software displaying the URL would do well to never
immediately follow a URL with punctuation.
