OT Windows Snipping Tool

Recently had cause to use Snipping Tool on a Win10 tablet to capture a
screenshot where I had no SnagIt available.  I wasn't impressed.  It felt
clumsy as hell, compared to what I'm used to.

SnagIt forever  :)
