Look at namecheap.com.  Don't let the name fool you.  I use their resold
Comodo SSL certificates, and have done for about four years running.  I've
been through GoDaddy, Trustico, and a few others.  This place is actually
decent enough to deal with.  I can't see that they'd be any worse as a
registrar than for SSL.  Even their customer service was better than
GoDaddy's.  Specifically, when the mandatory move from SHA-1 to SHA-2 hit,
they were very attentive, and had three domains fixed in short order.
