OT: Suggestion for for a Brother Printer

Check to see that the printer is PCL3 or PCL 5 compatible.  If it is only PCL 6 compatible then it is a "dumb windows printer" and will not work directly with filePro unless they have the latest version which is capable of producing PDF outputs.

Otherwise, if they can't return the printer, they should look into PrintWizard.  That will allow filePro to Print to their printer.
