1. NetBeans
2. Visual Studio Code (Not same as MS Visual Studio ...)
3. Eclipse
4. MonoDev
IDEs are very much subjective to individual preferences and overall
interaction with local/remote hosting servers (MVC/ftp/Git ...)
All of the above are just fine as editors and very nice in their own
right. I would suggest you try them and go back to the one you like the
most.
