Turning off all graphics drawing on a filePro screen

You can set PFTERM=ascii which will use no ansi color codes and use plain
ascii + - | in place of line draw chars. It's the simplest termcap entry
that is still fully valid for filepro, IE, fp won't just error immediately
on startup from missing termcap fields it needs.
