Fw: Help on Printer problem

Rick,

I don't believe this HP has a resident driver.  It depends on the 
Windows OS to handle that task.
Since Filepro goes directly at the printer, it requires a resident driver.

Many of these low cost printers do not have this feature.

I could be wrong here, but I have had experience with this problem before.

It does strike me odd that the hp2100 is also a low cost printer.
There might be more here...
