Could you perhaps encapsulate the truth statement inside a not statement?
If: Not( name(3) co Lastname )

Subject: Help with co
I am creating an output process which checks if a last name field contains(co) the name in a lookup file.
If: name(3) not co Lastname
The issue I am having is how to do a not contain (not co) yields a syntax error.
The file being used might have a suffix such as Jr or Sr or II. I am trying to avoid having to eliminate these suffixes. If I need to do this, it will just complicate this processing.
