Yup.  I saw it one summer at the Milwaukee Department of Public Works'
Traffic Division, and that's the last I ever heard of it in terms of seeing
it in person anywhere.  It looked really polished for back then, though, at
least as I saw it deployed.

Being an Israeli product, back then, it really didn't seem to catch on, at
least Stateside.  I'm not even sure how the department using it found it,
honestly.
