Too bad you never saw the NYC offices.
I remember driving up to Hawthorn to pick up new version of filePro for
myself and some clients. Before moving to Maryland in 2005, I used to
drive up the Taconic to a friend's vacation home outside of Hudson. I would
have flashbacks of exiting to get to SCC on some of those trips North.
I still prefer phone tech support to having to write the issue out. At
least on the phone one could kind of tell if the support person understood
the question or they could ask for further explanation. Oh well, we do get
answers for the current support system although it may take a few responses
on both parts.
