Printwiz triggered from PHP

Can anyone tell me :-

If Printwiz can be run on IUSR privileges?

I have a process that runs a dreport on records triggered by php system call
and I was hoping to have the pfpostprint do the pdf generation after the
report.

Trying to figure out why it just hangs.  Will Printwiz run as a head-less as
a IUSR by PHP.
