Henry,

For ledger size landscape (17x11) create a printcode that contains

                          $1b &l6a1o6d3e60F

and add that to the relevant printcode table.

That will give you landscape, 60 print lines at 6 lpi with  3 line
top and bottom margin.

Put that new code at position 1,1 on the output format, and if your
printer contains 11x17 paper, that is what the printer will draw.
