keyboard not responding - update

Update: we had everyone exit before we were going to shut down the system
and restart. Before shut down we went back in and the keyboard was then
responsive in the problem file. Everyone is back in and we are fine so far.

 

Any thoughts on how to prevent this occurrence in the future?

We are on 5.0.14D4.

 

Weird!! Our main file just stopped accepting keyboard input, but all the
other files have no problem.

 

Has anyone had this problem? We are on AIX Unix platform and have never
experienced this.

 

Any help would be appreciated.
