EXISTS error code

I don’t know what the code is but suggest you look at the permissions as something may have changed them.
Was the Windows server updated just prior to this happening? Was the Linux server updated?
Or you may have this issue if someone changed permissions without checking with you. I had this issue at a client site where the new server admin changed access permissions to a directories and outputs could not be written to them. I had to manually reset the permissions on the directories.
